ARMADA Embedded SoCs: 32-bit and 64-bit Multicore SoCs
Marvell embedded processors are custom designed to deliver optimal performance, low power, and high levels of integration. The Marvell ARMv7 compliant CPU cores are the most advanced implementations of the industry standard ARM architecture and deliver exceptional processing performance at low power. Advanced system architecture design and years of experience in sub-micron mixed signal technology seamlessly implement processor cores with Marvell's wide selection of high speed interfaces to precisely meet the needs of each application.
The Leading Cortex-A72 MoChi-based SOCs
ARMADA 8K Family
Built as part of Marvell’s MoChi™ family of products, Marvell® ARMADA® 8020 and 8040 each feature dual- and quad-core ARM Cortex-A72 processors and include a MCi interface that is essentially transparent to the driver, enabling a virtual system-on-chip (VSoC) and customized I/O configurations.
ARMADA 7K Family
Ideally suited for a wide range of SoHo, SMB, and Enterprise class applications, the Marvell® ARMADA® 7K family includes a dual-core ARM Cortex-A72 in the ARMADA 7020 and a quad-core ARM Cortex-A72 in the ARMADA 7040, delivering a high level of integration and efficiency as well as leading performance and power.
Cortex-A53 MoChi-based SoCs
The Marvell® ARMADA® 3700 family of devices delivers comprehensive system-on-chip (SoC) solutions powered by the dual Cortex-A53 ARMv8 high-performance CPU technology.
Up to 2GHz ARMv7
The Marvell® ARMADA® 38x devices are fully optimized to consume very low power enabling a variety of wired and wireless solutions including high performance 802.11ac access points based on Marvell’s advanced Avastar® Wi-Fi family, high volume NAS platforms, and networking applications, all at a cost-effective price point.
Highly integrated system-on-chips (SoCs) with programmable packet processors for networking and security, including embedded 10GE MAC with high-speed dual Cortex-A9 Host CPU cores, the Marvell® ARMADA® 39x family is designed for high-volume products such as Wi-Fi Access Points (WAP) and high-performance networking products such as control planes and line cards.
Up to Quad Core ARMv7
The Marvell® ARMADA® XP (Extreme Performance) series of multi-core processors is the industry’s first quad-core ARM processor designed for enterprise-class cloud computing applications.
Dual Core ARMv7
Ideally suited for a wide range of applications, including network-attached storage (NAS) devices, media servers, networking applications and video surveillance applications, the Marvell® ARMADA® 375 is a complete system-on-chip (SoC) solution based on the ARM Cortex A9 high-performance, dual-core CPU technology.
