TSMC™ Honors Marvell With Advanced Technology Partner Award

Marvell Receives Award During Technology Roadshow in Taiwan

Taipei, Taiwan and Sunnyvale, California (June 17, 2002) — Marvell® (NASDAQ: MRVL), a technology leader in the development of extreme broadband communications solutions, today announced that it was honored as a partner in advanced technology development by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company™ (TSMC). Dr. Kenneth Kin, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and Sales for TSMC, recognized Marvell during the Company's technology roadshow in Taiwan for its achievements in the development of cutting-edge products on the most advanced process technologies.

The award recognizes some of Marvell's most notable achievements including:

  • Marvell Alaska X 10 Gigabit Ethernet transceiver (0.15-micron)
