Marvell PXA3xx application processors offer powerful, efficient solutions for a variety of cellular, handheld, and embedded devices. The PXA3xx family of application processors is designed to maximize customers' return on their development investment through architectural compatibility that enables software reuse across the product family. Marvell also offers development and reference platforms for the PXA3xx series of processors with board support packages (BSPs) for leading operating systems and development environments. PXA3xx application processors are also available in PoP (package-on-package) configurations for space-constrained applications.

PXA320 Processor Series

Leading the PXA3xx processor family, the PXA320 processor, with scalable performance to 806 MHz, plus additional industry-leading processing features, enables outstanding compute and video performance for high-end, multimedia smartphones and handheld devices, industrial embedded solutions, and enterprise-class devices. Built on a low-power 90nm process technology, and with the ability to dynamically scale voltage and frequency on demand, the PXA320 supports today’s stringent requirements for longer battery life.

PXA310 Processor Series

The PXA310 processor joins the PXA3xx processor family as a cost-effective solution with up to 806 MHz of power-efficient compute performance, hardware video acceleration, and DRM security, enabling the development of cost-efficient smartphones, industrial embedded solutions, and handheld devices. Built on a low-power, 90nm process technology, the combination of low-power modes and the ability to adjust voltage and frequency dynamically on demand supports exceptional battery life in standby modes, in addition to video and audio playback.
