Advanced system architecture design and years of experience in sub-micron mixed signal technology seamlessly implement Sheeva processor cores with Marvell's wide selection of high speed interfaces to precisely meet the needs of each application.

Marvell offers two embedded processor families: Discovery Innovation Series and the Kirkwood Series.

Discovery Innovation Series

Discovery Innovation Series products are the perfect main processor for devices such as routers, switches, network control plane applications, high-performance storage, single board computers, enterprise printers, DVRs, NVRs, video surveillance, and high-volume SMB gateways that require enterprise class performance at low power.

Kirkwood Series

Developed for network connected consumer electronic equipment, the Kirkwood processors provide performance, flexibility, interfaces, and price points that fit the needs of the digital economy. Applications for these SoCs include home gateway/access point, set-top boxes, network storage, digital home media servers, point of services terminal, and plug computers.
