Change History The following changes have been made to the QConvergeConsole Command Line Utility (QCC CLI), version 2.4.0 build 20. General ------- Bug Fixes: * Fix an issue that prevents user to exit the application from HBA information menu in a host without any HBA installed (#148286). * Fix incorrect NVMe LUN size for small (in MBs) and large (in TBs) LUNs. Requires Linux SDMAPI v6.04 build 69 (#148272). * Fix a flash update issue on 27xx adapter with UOS OOB driver. Requires Linux SDMAPI v6.04 build 70 (#148268). * Fix incorrect HBA USCM last event status when running USCM statistics with previous release driver (#148248). * Fix incorrect target wwpn display with NPIV port in interactive mode (#148210). * Application starts up delay with NVMe targets. Requires Linux SDMAPI v6.04 build 68 or latest (#148178). * Application starts up delay with isolated HBA port (Linux). Requires Linux SDMAPI v6.04 build 65 or latest. * Fix segmented crash in USCM statistics with RHEL 8.4 inbox driver (#147986). * Fix memory related issue to HBA_RemoveCallback and HBA_RegisterForAdapterPortEvents SNIA API (#147956). New Features: * Firmware Update Lockdown. * Universal SAN Congestion Management. * StorCryption Configuration Management. Changes: * Enable FC ELS ping support for QLE25xx adapter (#148218). 2. Known Issues Ethernet -------- * DCBX/ETS/TLV not supported - Requires driver support * Flow control configuration/display not supported * 8300 Series Adapters NIC ESX Limited Support: * Statistics not supported FC/FCOE ------- * VP create/delete issues when > 16 (Linux with attached targets). * LB test failures (Across all platforms on larger un-zoned configs). * LB test is displayed for certain type P3P card * BFS: Internal Loopback fails when the port is connected to SAN (ER 102644). iSCSI ----- * Link config window not supported * 8300 Series Adapters iSCSI Linux limited Support: DCBX/ETS/TLV not supported Statistics not supported Unable to set device timeouts and auto-connect (possible driver issue) 3. Limitations FC ------- * NVME (Linux): 1. sg3_utils v1.43 and above is required to support NVME target/LUN info. 2. Target Vendor, Product ID and Product Revision fields of size 8 bytes, 16 bytes and 4 bytes are supported as per SCSI Inquiry command. NVME targets may have bigger size strings which will get truncated. 3. Target PortID is 00-00-00. 4. WWULN (World-Wide-Unique-LUN-Number) in LUN info is not supported. 5. iiDMA settings are not supported. 6. LUN Persistent Names feature is not supported. 7. NVME targets/LUNs are not supported for SNIA HBA APIs and HP RUBAH APIs. 8. Diagnostics CT ping and CT FTR tests with NVMe targets are not supported. 9. Boot-From-SAN with NVMe target is not supported. 10. NVME targets is detected only when minimum one namespace is present. 4.
