Known Issues:
====================
1] Web Browser cache/history should be cleared on Firefox before installing
   FC WAC Extension to avoaid stale data display.
2] Virtual Port list is not shown when ‘Virtual’ tab is selected immediately after refresh.
3] FC WAC Extension is not supported in Adapter Passthru mode in Hyper-V Windows VM.
