Business Ethics and Governance
Marvell Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (“The Code”) emphasizes our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and corporate governance practices in our daily operations, and to promote confidence in our governance systems. We conduct our business in an open, honest, and ethical manner by prohibiting corrupt activities, practicing fair competition, and complying with applicable laws and regulations.
Environment, Health and Safety
Marvell is committed to protecting the health and safety of all individuals affected by our activities, including our employees and contractors. Marvell will provide a safe and healthy working environment and will not compromise the health and safety of any individual. Our goal is to have no accidents and to mitigate impacts on the environment by working with our stakeholders, peers and others to promote responsible environmental practices and continuous improvement.
We are committed to environmental protection and recognize that resource conservation, preventing or reducing pollution, and developing energy efficient products are key to a sustainable environment. We work to effectively integrate these concepts into our day-to-day activities.

Marvell is committed to honoring human rights in conformance with the International Labour Organization (ILO) standards. Marvell is committed to protecting the human rights of all, including minorities and women. We will not tolerate human rights abuses, including but not limited to harsh or inhumane treatment, and will not engage or be complicit in any activity that solicits or encourages human rights abuses. We strive to build trust, deliver mutual advantage and demonstrate respect for human dignity and rights in our relationships, including respect for cultures, customs and values of individuals and groups.
We apply fair labor standards and practices, while respecting the laws and regulations of countries and communities where we operate. We are committed to providing equal opportunity in all aspects of employment, including equitable compensation for work performed, and will not engage in or tolerate unlawful or unethical workplace conduct, such as discrimination, intimidation, harassment, or retaliation. The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics provides our commitment that we will not engage in child labor or forced labor and that we are committed to preventing these practices in our operations and the supply chain. In addition to following applicable working hour laws and regulations, we support working hour limits of 60 hours, including overtime, and at least one day off every seven-days except in emergency or unusual situations.
Marvell aims to contribute to community outreach programs to help enhance the quality of life in our communities by supporting innovative programs in education, technology and social services.
This Policy applies to activities undertaken by or on behalf of Marvell Technology Group Limited and its subsidiaries. All employees, suppliers, vendors and partners are responsible for adopting the Corporate Social Responsibility considerations described in this policy into their day-to-day work activities, and into their decision-making in our business activities. Marvell’s management is responsible for ensuring that appropriate organizational structures are in place to effectively identify, monitor, and manage Corporate Social Responsibility issues and performance relevant to our businesses.
 The Code applies to all Marvell employees and members of the Board of Directors. We expect all Marvell independent contractors, consultants, suppliers and others who do business with Marvell to comply with this or a comparable code, as set forth in Marvell’s Supplier Code of Conduct, which may be found at www.marvell.com.
