Dan Durn

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Dan Durn is Chief Financial Officer at Marvell. In his role, Dan is responsible for the company's financial planning strategy, accounting and reporting, treasury and tax, as well as investor relations.

Prior to joining Marvell, Dan served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance, Technology, Security and Operations at Adobe. Dan has also served as Chief Financial Officer at Applied Materials, NXP Semiconductors, and Freescale Semiconductor. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration at GlobalFoundries. He also held leadership positions in private equity and investment banking where he advised technology companies on corporate strategy and acquisitions.

Dan earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Control Systems Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, where he was commissioned as a naval officer and served for six years, reaching the rank of lieutenant.
