Ken Chang

Senior Vice President, Analog and Mixed Signal Engineering

Ken Chang is the Senior Vice President, Analog and Mixed Signal (AMS) Engineering at Marvell. In this role, Ken leads the AMS IP function for the Central Engineering organization, which develops foundational technology for Marvell’s multiple analog product lines. He joined Marvell from Cadence where he served as Corporate Vice President of Design IP Engineering and drove the development and tape-outs for the emerging UCIe standard while managing the Design IP organization. Prior to Cadence, Ken held the roles of Senior Vice President of Engineering at Ayar Labs, Vice President of the SerDes Technology Group at Xilinx (now part of AMD), and Technical Director at Rambus.

Ken holds more than 50 patents in the high-speed link area and is the author of dozens of published technical articles. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Ken is also an IEEE Fellow.
