Santa Clara, California (May 10, 2012) – Marvell (Nasdaq: MRVL) today announced co-founder Weili Dai will give the commencement address at the University of California, Berkeley, College of Engineering graduation ceremony on May 12, 2012. Dai, who received a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from UC Berkeley in 1984, will address more than 750 baccalaureate candidates and their families in UC Berkeley’s historic Greek Theatre.
“I am very humbled and honored by the opportunity to deliver the commencement address at my own school, U.C.
